Tracy Vinson is a licensed social worker, author and workshop facilitator who believes that women and girls can change self-defeating thoughts and be transformed. She has 20 years of experience working with youth, young adults and families in private agencies, schools, churches and communities. She is a graduate of Washington University (MSW), and Howard University (BA Journalism). She is the author of "God, Walk Me Through This", a devotional book that provides emotional healing to women who have experienced grief or loss. Her desire is for women and girls to identify patterns so they can BEHAVE, THINK, and SPEAK differently.
